Light News – Monday Morning Meditations

This series of solar expanding, consciousness raising, micro-reiki-meditations are a prompt to shift us into 2024 light energy and healing. This is to ensure we gain the maximum benefit in alignment with our highest potential.
What’s coming up…?
Each week will expose new healing areas and assist our process of ascension and expansion to our most healed self – the best version of ourselves. For some this will be an entirely physical experience, healing bodily trauma or pain. For others the energy is expansive in every direction, diemnsion & reality.
There is a sense of infinite, unlimited potentials beginning to form. The ability to gently transcend anything in our path and to view our world from a far broader perspective, losing the need to sustain pigeon holes, boxes or pradigms that keep us small and in obeyance to any sense of culturally created self.
The chakra of our focus has been our solar plexus chakra, expanding our sense of will verses shame. Through connecting with our highest crystaline life force and the electromagnetic frequencies of Mother Earth we have been activating our heart chakra to enable us to more fully manifest our sense of heaven on earth. In turn this has begun to expand how we show up in the world and to align us with our soul path.
Introducing the higher heart chakra…
This work will continue. However, on Monday 5th we will be connecting to the Thymus chakra. This lies just above our heart chakra. It is also called the higher heart chakra, and is aquamarine in colour, blended with the golden light of the crown chakra. This chakra balances our heart and mind.
This energy is so much needed as we move more deeply into the age of aquarius energy, sovereignity and 5D vibration. As spiritual beings at this time, we are able to pull through light codes without having to disappear off into isolation in a dark and remote cave. Our spiritual self-work now occurs amidst our families, roles, jobs and responsibilites.
Within this space of structured chaos it can be hard to hold our heart space open and channel our higher aspects of unconditional love into our personal space in a continual way. We can end up showing up either too practically focussed and in our heads, or in our heart space, not functioning on a practical level.
The thymus, higher heart space, helps us to find this balance so we don’t get trapped in the mind. It actions the energy of the heart and blends it with the wisdom of the crown chakra. This brings us into balance and helps us to keep the heart chakra open whilst functioning at a decent pratical level. Performing tasks whilst still connected to a loving space. It helps the heart and crown chakras to merge.
Imbolc celebration…
We have our imbolc celebration this Thusrday 1st Feb https://fb.me/e/2HNl9uFs4 where we will be channelling light at the top of Arbor lowe (one of the most energeticaly significant points in the UK). this promises to begin our awakening process into the new spring season as Mother Earth begins to slowly wake up.
I have no doubt there will be more additions for our Monday Reiki Meditation that come to light from there too!
